My About Me Page has lots of great info… wait for it… About Me… LOL but I thought I’d do a little welcome as well.
A little background, I am 41 years old, I am happily married, we have two great kids (ages 13 & 9), we have too many cats and a quirky little english bull dog. I love animals, which is why we have a mini zoo. We recently bought our first house! (I’m sure this will mean more additions to our zoo in the future!) I’m currently unemployed, with plenty of time to devote to my blog! I’m a nerd in many ways, loving things like, Star Wars, Firefly, writing letters, board games and game nights are my jam, reading books, Harry Potter, baking, playing video games (specifically, Nintendo, old and new), and much more I’m sure.
My goals for this blog are to:
- have fun with my readers
- interact and build an amazing, beautiful community
- inspire folks with my weight loss journey
- help other people cope with severe allergies
- share the struggles of being a picky eater
- experience new (and old favorites) recipes together
- find interesting things to do with the children
- and much, much more
