  • Lose 4 pounds in November.
    • We are on our way! I lost 1 pound this week! YAY!! Back on track!!
  • Change my “middle number” on the scale 2 times in Nov/Dec.
    • Not yet.. but I am less than a pound away from FINALLY getting the 1st of two for my Take Back 2020 Challenge! SO CLOSE!
  • Step goal 10,000 daily
    • Yes, Yes, Yes! I have done this!
  • Exercise 5 out of 7 days a week for a minimum of 1 hour. (Beachbody, Walk Video, Walk at the Park, Swim, whatever as long its an actually exercise.)
    • I made this happen!
      • 10/30/20 – Walk @ Park
      • 10/31/20 – Walk in Place
      • 11/1/20 – Walk @ Park
      • 11/2/20 – Walk @ Park
      • 11/3/20 – Shopping & Laundry
      • 11/4/20 – Walk @ Park
      • 11/5/20 – Walk @ Park
  • Drink 120 ounces (or more) per day.
    • I got 120 ounces 5 of 7 days this week!
