Take Back 2020 – Weekly Check In – 10/9/2020

October Weekly Check In

My current October Goals

  • Lose 3% of my body weight in October which equates to approx. 7 pounds.
  • Change my “middle number” on the scale 2 times in Oct/Nov/Dec.
  • Step goal 10,000 daily
  • Exercise 5 out of 7 days a week for a minimum of 1 hour. (Beachbody, Walk Video, Walk at the Park, Swim, whatever as long its an actually exercise.)
  • Drink 120 ounces (or more) per day.

Alright – let’s get to the check in!

Weigh In

  • I am down .8 this week! Not a ton, but a loss none the less!

Middle Number

  • Not yet! about 2.4 more pounds!

Step Goal

  • Done done done! I’ve hit AT LEAST 10,000 each day! Yay!

Exercise

  • 10/2/20 – Shopping & Walk @ Park
  • 10/3/20 – Walk @ Park
  • 10/4/20 – Walk @ Park
  • 10/5/20 – Walk @ Park
  • 10/6/20 – Housework
  • 10/7/20 – Walk @ Park
  • 10/8/20 – Walk @ Park

Living in Las Vegas, we have to hibernate in the summer due to the extreme temperatures. It’s FINALLY nice outside again! Still in the 90s but around 6pm it’s low 80s and just lovely to go outside! So we are going AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE! So Walk @ the Park is my new workout routine!

I do plan on starting a new beach body soon though!

Water

I’ve been better this week, I believe I got my 3/3 5 of the 7 days!

I’m doing it! I managed to hit all of my goals this week (for the most part!) and I will continue on this coming week! Hoping for a great weigh in next week!
