My current October Goals
- Lose 3% of my body weight in October which equates to approx. 7 pounds.
- Well.. sadly this did not happen, all of Oct, I lost a total of 1.2.
- Change my “middle number” on the scale 2 times in Oct/Nov/Dec.
- This has not happened yet, but I am close!
- Step goal 10,000 daily
- 100% met for the month of October! YAY!
- Exercise 5 out of 7 days a week for a minimum of 1 hour. (Beachbody, Walk Video, Walk at the Park, Swim, whatever as long its an actually exercise.)
- I feel this was also 100% met! I’ve been at that park A LOT!
- Drink 120 ounces (or more) per day.
- This is always a work in progress, I did better this month than Sept! So that’s a WIN!

Always a work in progress, I did get 3 or more in 5 days of the 7 this week.
Gotta just keep going! While I did hit some of my goals, I would definitely like to see a number down on the scale this week coming! Must get on track!
