Take Back 2020 – Weekly Check In 10/31/20 (Final Oct!)

October Weekly Check In

My current October Goals

  • Lose 3% of my body weight in October which equates to approx. 7 pounds.
    • Well.. sadly this did not happen, all of Oct, I lost a total of 1.2.
  • Change my “middle number” on the scale 2 times in Oct/Nov/Dec.
    • This has not happened yet, but I am close!
  • Step goal 10,000 daily
    • 100% met for the month of October! YAY!
  • Exercise 5 out of 7 days a week for a minimum of 1 hour. (Beachbody, Walk Video, Walk at the Park, Swim, whatever as long its an actually exercise.)
    • I feel this was also 100% met! I’ve been at that park A LOT!
  • Drink 120 ounces (or more) per day.
    • This is always a work in progress, I did better this month than Sept! So that’s a WIN!

  • Boo… I stayed the same.

Middle Number

  • Not yet!

Step Goal

  • Done done done! I’ve hit AT LEAST 10,000 each day! Yay!

Exercise

  • 10/23/20 – Walk @ Park
  • 10/24/20 – Walk @ Park
  • 10/25/20 – Shopping
  • 10/26/20 – Walk @ Park
  • 10/27/20 – Walk @ Park
  • 10/28/20 – Shopping & Laundry
  • 10/29/20 – Walk @ Park

Water

Always a work in progress, I did get 3 or more in 5 days of the 7 this week.

Gotta just keep going! While I did hit some of my goals, I would definitely like to see a number down on the scale this week coming! Must get on track!
