Take Back 2020 – Weekly Check In 10/16/2020

October Weekly Check In

My current October Goals

  • Lose 3% of my body weight in October which equates to approx. 7 pounds.
  • Change my “middle number” on the scale 2 times in Oct/Nov/Dec.
  • Step goal 10,000 daily
  • Exercise 5 out of 7 days a week for a minimum of 1 hour. (Beachbody, Walk Video, Walk at the Park, Swim, whatever as long its an actually exercise.)
  • Drink 120 ounces (or more) per day.

Alright – let’s get to the check in!

Weigh In

  • Ok – not my best week. I didn’t track like I should. AND I didn’t move as much as I should have. Resulting in a teeny tiny gain. I gained .4 this week. But you know what, I’m going to keep on going! One tiny gain will NOT stop me from taking back 2020!

Middle Number

  • Nope.. let’s move on.

Step Goal

  • Done done done! I’ve hit AT LEAST 10,000 each day! Yay!
  • This was a struggle some days. BUT. I’m still hitting that goal daily!

Exercise

  • 10/9/20 – Walk @ Park
  • 10/10/20 – Walk @ Park
  • 10/11/20 – Walk @ Park
  • 10/12/20 – Walk @ Park
  • 10/13/20 – Housework & Walk in Place
  • 10/14/20 – Took Dog for a Walk
  • 10/15/20 – Walk @ Park

Water

Always a work in progress, I did get 3 or more in 5 days of the 7 this week.

Gotta just keep going! While I did hit some of my goals, I would definitely like to see a number down on the scale this week coming! Must get on track!
