September is OVER!

Oh my gosh, I can’t believe how fast this month went! I think I did fantastic in September, even though… I did not meet my initial goals!

Lose 5 percent of my body weight by September 30th. This is approximately 13 pounds.

I weighed in this morning on 10/1/20 – and from last week, I lost 1 pound, for a total of 42 pounds gone sine June 1st and a total of NINE pounds for the month of September!

Ok so my goal was 13 pounds and I lost nine. Am I sad.. meh, I mean.. I lost NINE POUNDS! I am super proud of myself! Sure sure, I didn’t hit the final four pounds, but that means I get to write up new goals!

Change my “middle number” on the scale 2 times in September, and at least one additional time in Oct/Nov/Dec. With the goals above, this should actually happen 3 times, but I’m being conservative.

Didn’t hit this.. I only changed it once in September. New goals new goals!

Officially change my step goal from 8,000 to 10,000. Eeeks.

DONE! I did this!!!

My new goal is officially 10,000 EVERY Day.

Here are my steps for this week:

I will keep on working to 10,000 or more steps DAILY! So proud I’ve completed this goal!

Exercise 5 out of 7 days a week for a minimum of 1 hour. (Beachbody, Walk Video, Walk at the Park, Swim, whatever as long its an actually exercise.)

  • Friday 9/25 – Country Heat x 1, Store Shopping
  • Saturday 9/26 –Just Dance
  • Sunday 9/27 – Walk at the Park
  • Monday 9/28 – Country Heat x 2, Walk @ Park
  • Tuesday 9/29 – Walk at the Park
  • Wednesday 9/30 – Walk at the Park
  • Thursday 10/1 – Walk at the Park

I have 100% completed this goal! Whoohoo!!!

Drink 120 ounces (or more) of water per day.

I mostly hit 2 1/2 this week. I’m still working hard on this goal!
