Oh this week was SO MUCH BETTER!
Friday 9/25/2020 was my weigh in day. Let’s see how we are doing on all these goals!
Lose 5 percent of my body weight by September 30th. This is approximately 13 pounds.
I continued doing Intermittent Fasting (OMAD-One Meal A Day) Monday through Friday but I did add in a Smoothie three days this week, adding in thee Chia, Flax, and Protein Powder.
I tracked accurately and every day this week.
I lost 3 pounds this week! WHAT??? Wow, tracking and staying on treack REALLY WORKS. Who knew.
My goal is to lose 13 pounds, and since Sept. 1 I’ve lost 8 pounds. Can I lose another 5 pounds this next week? We shall see! I technically need to lose 5.2 in order to also hit the next goal.
Change my “middle number” on the scale 2 times in September, and at least one additional time in Oct/Nov/Dec. With the goals above, this should actually happen 3 times, but I’m being conservative.
This is one that will be on hold for a few pounds, but I’m hopeful I can hit it! It will depend on those 5.2 pounds to go!
Officially change my step goal from 8,000 to 10,000. Eeeks.

Not my best week, as it looks like four of the seven days were struggle to ten days, but I did it!! That’s all that matters!
Exercise 5 out of 7 days a week for a minimum of 1 hour. (Beachbody, Walk Video, Walk at the Park, Swim, whatever as long its an actually exercise.)
- Friday 9/18 – Housework & Halloween Decorating (yes I’m that person)
- Saturday 9/19 –Walk at the Park
- Sunday 9/20 – Walk at the Park
- Monday 9/21 – Walk at the Park
- Tuesday 9/22 – Walk at the Park
- Wednesday 9/23 – Walk at the Park
- Thursday 9/24 – Walk at the Park
Alright so my Beach Body has taken a backseat because we’ve been walking almost every night at the park. I figure that’s ok, and I do plan to finish my Country Heat Month Calendar before Sept is over! I’ve only got three more days and I’m done! I will probably work on that this weekend.
Drink 120 ounces (or more) of water per day.
I mostly hit 2 1/2 this week. I had two day where I did 4/3.. that evens it out some… right?
