September has begun! September is my main focus for the first steps of my Take Back 2020 Challenge! With some big goals for September, I’m well on my way!
Let’s get to the CHECK IN:
Lose 5 percent of my body weight by September 30th. This is approximately 13 pounds.
What a way to start the week! I tracked well, and I ended up doing Intermittent Fasting (OMAD-One Meal A Day) Monday through Thursday. Wowza, it WORKED! I lost 3.2 pounds this week! WHEEEEEE!!!
Change my “middle number” on the scale 2 times in September, and at least one additional time in Oct/Nov/Dec. With the goals above, this should actually happen 3 times, but I’m being conservative.
Well this is exciting! I also changed my middle number with this weeks weigh in! 1 of 2 complete! Yay!
Officially change my step goal from 8,000 to 10,000. Eeeks.
Ugh! I’ve had zero will to want to do any exercise this week. So this was more difficult that I thought it would be. I’ve been killing it with steps and the second I changed it, I got stuck and had a rough time hitting 10,000. Please note, this official change started on September 1st. So my 8,000 Sunday was still hitting goal at that point!
Exercise 5 out of 7 days a week for a minimum of 1 hour. (Beachbody, Walk Video, Walk at the Park, Swim, whatever as long its an actually exercise.)
- Friday – Beachbody Country Heat x 1 & Cize x 1
- Saturday – Just Dance on the Nintendo with the Kids
- Sunday – Regular day, no real exercise beside walking in place
- Monday – Country Heat x 2, Cize x 1
- Tuesday – House Walking & Laundry Walking
- Wednesday – Country Heat x 2 1/2
- Thursday – Country Heat x 2 1/2
This was a goal met for this week, I did actual exercize 5 of 7 days this week!
Drink 120 ounces (or more) of water per day.
I did much better this week on my water and got 3/3 of my 40 ounce bottle of water in daily!
