Oh this cheesy, ooey, gooey, deliciously easy chicken recipe will be your new go to! Do you love the buffalo/hot sauce when you order wings? love cheese? This is it.. the end all recipe for your tastebuds!
- 3 chicken breasts boiled, air fried, or baked then shredded (with no added fat)
- 1 block of cream cheese (softened)
- 1 1/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese (leave 1/4 out for topping)
- 1 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese (leave 1/4 out for topping)
- 1 cup of Franks Red Hot Sauce
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup Ranch Seasoning Mix
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- 3 tbsp Season Salt
- Once your chicken is shredded, season it with the ranch, garlic, onion, pepper, and season salt. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine the Franks Red Hot Sauce with the melted butter, mix thoroughly.
- Side note – If you want it super spicy, you don’t have to add the butter, but the added butter makes it even more rich!
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together your cream cheese, sharp cheddar, mozzarella and Franks/butter mixture, with a spatula or a hand mixer until thoroughly combined.
- Add in your chicken, a couple handfuls at a time, folding into the mixture with a spatula, or wooden spoon, until all chicken is thoroughly combined.
- Put the mixture into a baking dish, I used a 9 x 13 baking dish.
- OR – you can put tortilla chips on a sheet pan with some foil or parchment (for easy clean up of course) and drop the mixture onto the chips.
- Top mixture in baking dish with the remaining 1/4 cup of sharp & mozzarella cheeses.
- Put into the over at 350 degrees, for 40 minutes.
- You can make bowls individually, or just dig in with your favorite chips! We used tortilla chips. You can also put this on toasted hamburger buns or toasted bread, it makes a delicious hot sandwich!
