Okay – Hello November!
Let’s get this month going! I am going to be a bit more realistic this month, Sept and Oct were disappointing for me and my goals. I made some and missed some.
So let’s start with a fresh month!
- Lose 4 pounds in November.
- Change my “middle number” on the scale 2 times in Nov/Dec.
- Step goal 10,000 daily
- Exercise 5 out of 7 days a week for a minimum of 1 hour. (Beachbody, Walk Video, Walk at the Park, Swim, whatever as long its an actually exercise.)
- Drink 120 ounces (or more) per day.
Alright! I will check in weekly and we shall see!
