iTrackBites

In 2015, I lost over 100 pounds on the Points Plus system with Weight Watchers from January to November that year.. Then they changed it to Smart Points in November. I couldn’t sustain the weight loss, it made me always hungry, and I would binge.

In 2016, I could only maintain, i couldn’t get any lower, and I had gained back about 15 pounds from my points plus loss.

In 2017, I started gradually gaining and gaining. Smart Points wasn’t working for me, I had no motivation because I was always starving.

So in 2018, I stopped Weight Watchers.

I’ve tried a restart a couple times, since then but it never stuck, couldn’t find the right meeting time or leader. And I still STRUGGLED with Smart Points.

One day, I was thinking about how much I lost on Points Plus and how much better that program works for me. I googled something along the lines of app that tracks points plus.

That’s where I found this video… A gal by the name of Brianna who runs Diva and the Dive on YouTube.

This video changed my world!

I found this back in November of 2019. I started right away, but wasn’t in the right mindset, having just lost my job and the holidays were in full force upon us.

This app makes me so happy to be back on the plan that I know works for me! I know I’m not the only one, otherwise, they wouldn’t have created this amazing app!

The app is free, there is an option to do a yearly membership. You do NOT have to opt in and pay.

I did.

But here’s why.

My Fitbit! I love the option of my steps for the day connecting to the iTrackBites app to give me my activity points. That is the only reason I was willing to put the money in for it.. and it wasn’t super expensive for the year.

It was only $35.99 for a year. I could totally swing that. I had paid WW $49 a month for a solid three years plus a couple extra fifty bucks when I would restart and stop.

iTrackBites is what I am currently using to track, and in just three weeks of being on plan and tracking honestly, I’ve lost over 10 pounds.

Because Points Plus WORKS and so does Carb Conscious!

I’ll never forgive Weight Watchers for not at least giving us the option of the plan we want to use to lose weight.

Thank you iTrackBites, I couldn’t do this weight loss thing without you! I’m so thankful to have a program I know works in my life again.
