Now let me start by saying, I joined a friends party on FaceBook, and 100% was like, I’ll participate, but I’m not buying anything. I don’t paint my nails. I was totally skeptical of the whole thing.
I used to do my nails religiously for over 5 years. But I just haven’t had time for polish to dry (between kids, work, housework, etc) and I have horrible allergies and have to blow my nose every two minutes (maybe every 10-15 but it feels like every two some days) so it’s REALLY difficult to have time to let my nails dry. So I don’t do it. I know I annoyed the heck out of my Nail Tech back in the day when I was all acrylics. I’d look at her and go.. uhhhh.. gotta blow my nose.. She never rolled her eyes, but I wouldn’t have blamed her if she did, I was annoying! Even to myself!
Then Londa, the party organizer/Color Street Stylist came along and convinced my friend Ashley to have a party. I joined. I wasn’t going to buy. I wasn’t.
But the information provided during the party was INTERESTING.
I was INTRIGUED.
I asked Londa for a sample through the Facebook Group Nail Bar Party.
You get Two “nails”, and you can use it for four of your own nails. You’re supposed to put those on, and pain the rest of your nails with actual polish. I don’t do that. So Layla and I split them and I used the two for my pinkies, she used two on her ring fingers.

Again, I was totally skeptical, as was my daughter. This looks CRAZY.
You guys. They were SO EASY To apply! And there was ZERO DRY TIME.
I WAS SHOCKED.
My samples were red and I hate red polish personally (I have NEVER liked red on my nails, I’ve always been more of a purples/blues, greens/teals, sparkles/silvers, metallic), but I loved how it looked, how fast it was to apply, that it was instantly dry, no smudging or dinging it, and that I cold blow my nose right away!
I can have polished nails again!
I’ve had my pinkies on for over a week, and they still look amazing, polish would have chipped at this point.
I’m not a super girly girl, but I always loved my hands and how they looked with rings and polish.
