Yesterday (Sunday, 8/16/20) was Day 21 of 21 Day Fix Real Time on Beachbody.
I’m very proud of myself for completing a program. I usually start and don’t get to the end.
BUT I DID IT!
AND.
My daughter did it with me! We moaned, groaned, complained, and hurt together! It was awesome!
I had to do Yoga, Pilates, Strength Training, Weights, all things WAY out of my comfort zone. But you know what? I DID THEM ALL. Maybe not great, or perfect, but like Autumn says, progress, not perfection.
I did them, and each week, I was stronger, and able to do more!

I still HATE Yoga and Pilates, but that’s the cardio and kickboxer in me. I like to be constantly moving on my feet. I do not like any groundwork whatsoever. BUT I DID THEM! I got better with the Yoga and Pilates, even though my body doesn’t exactly move the way it’s supposed to yet, I was able to hold the moves longer, and balanced better by my third yoga class.
I very much enjoyed the cardio days, I liked the balance of the 60 seconds of a move, then 30 seconds rest.

The weights and strength training was great and my body felt it! I love a workout that the next day it hurts so good! And then as you keep going, the hurt isn’t as bad as the first couple times, because you get better!
I highly recommend this as a nice jumpstart to your weight loss journey. This was a great introduction into the Beachbody lifestyle and I absolutely love the trainer, Autumn.
So for the stats from this program.
- I started on 7/27/20, and ended on 8/16/20.
- I lost 4.4 pounds in that time.
- I lost 3 inches in that time.

I think for 21 days, this is great news, and I’m proud of my accomplishment!
Now.. what to choose next???
