Happy Friday my Friends!
It was a busy week for me, my son’s 10th birthday was yesterday, so there was shopping, planning, and fun happening this week.
Honesty Alert! I weighed in yesterday morning, not today (Friday) like normal. I knew after the day of fun and food yesterday, it was better for me to just call it Thursday.
I tracked everyday in my iTrackBites App. Not much more to say here. I tracked. I was a bit overboard a couple of the days, but that’s why we have that bank of bites to use for the week.. and I used them!
Smoothie!
I only made my Smoothie 2/7 days this week. Which means I did not meet my goal from last week. I wanted to Smoothie 4/7. We
Moved My Body
This is my second week in a row that I was able to go over 10,000 steps FOUR days!
I am now celebrating 33 days straight, hitting my minimum goal of 8,000 steps per day! Over a month now! Yay!
The RESULTS!
This week… was A LOSS!!! Even weighing in one day early, I still managed to drop some lbs!
I am down 1.2 pounds this week!
And I’ve hit 15 pounds since June 1st! Wheeeeee! 15 pounds in six weeks is AWESOME PROGRESS!

I’ve measured! My last measurements were on 6/19/20 (almost a full month) and I’m happy to say there are losses in areas!
