It’s another Friday Weekly Weigh In!
Spoiler alert, I did lose, but I don’t really feel like I deserved it… with the 4th of July last weekend, and then Sunday we continued to eat silly… I just felt like I was running a rat race to catch back up to my losses so far.
That being said, I did lose, so let’s see what I did right, vs all the wrong in my head.
I tracked ALMOST everyday in my iTrackBites App. I did end up not tracking July 4 Saturday, and July 5 Sunday. I was being lazy.. it’s as simple as that. I may go back, I do remember what I ate, and track.. but we’ll see.
Smoothie!
I only made my Smoothie 2/7 days this week. It’s been a weird busy week, I made it last Friday and Monday. But didn’t make the time to make it the rest of the week.
I honestly missed it. My goal this week, is to at least Smoothie 4 days out of 7.
Moved My Body
This right here, might be why I was still able to lose. I hit my 8 every day (not the 8,500 I had hoped for), but also went over 10,000 four days this week! Which hasn’t happened in a very long time!
I am celebrating 26 days straight, hitting at least 8,000 steps! It’s been a long time since I’ve done that, and I’m super proud of those 26 days. Some were easy, but most, man I worked for those steps!
The RESULTS!
As you know from my spoiler alert above, I lost again this week! Yay! I’m still super happy and proud, just a little doubt in the back of my head going.. you really didn’t earn this food wise this week.
BUT. I will do better next week! A fresh week to start again and try new things!
I am down 1 pound this week!
